NeuraCap

From filings and market evidence to structured company intelligence.

NeuraCap combines source data, normalization, deterministic calculations and AI-assisted interpretation. The layers are kept distinct so users can understand what is reported, what is calculated and what is interpreted.

01

Collect

Public filings, transaction disclosures, market data, consensus estimates, website-derived business context and user-entered private-company metrics.

02

Normalize

Reported information is organized into comparable fields so companies, periods and transactions can be analyzed consistently.

03

Calculate

Deterministic formulas produce metrics such as EV/Revenue, EV/EBITDA, growth, margins, percentiles and valuation ranges.

04

Interpret

AI-assisted analysis can explain the structured context. It does not replace the underlying numbers or professional judgment.

1 · Public company fundamentals

Historical financials start with SEC EDGAR filings.

NeuraCap uses SEC EDGAR as the confirmed source for historical public-company fundamentals. Annual and quarterly filings such as 10-K and 10-Q provide as-reported financial statements and disclosures; transaction-specific filings such as 8-Ks, merger proxies and S-4s also support the M&A data layer.

SEC EDGAR · CONFIRMED

10-K / 10-Q

Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and relevant footnote disclosures are normalized for analysis.

TRANSACTION FILINGS

8-K / proxy / S-4

Public filing disclosures support transaction dates, deal values and other precedent-transaction fields where available.

2 · Structure before inference

The point is not simply to collect numbers. It is to make them comparable.

Historical figures are organized into a structured model so the same company can be evaluated across periods and against peers. Calculated metrics are then derived deterministically from the structured inputs.

REPORTED

Historical financials

As-reported figures remain distinguishable from derived calculations and estimates.

CALCULATED

Derived metrics

Margins, growth, valuation multiples and peer percentiles are calculated from defined formulas.

FORWARD

Consensus estimates

Forward estimates are a separate data layer sourced from third-party financial data providers and are subject to revision.

3 · What is not being claimed

Transparency matters more than sounding sophisticated.

Some data layers are still undergoing provider validation. The website therefore does not name unconfirmed market or consensus providers and does not claim unsupported real-time delivery.

Data provenance

Every layer has a different level of authority.

Historical SEC filing data should not be presented the same way as user-entered private-company metrics or AI-generated interpretation. NeuraCap's disclosure model keeps those distinctions visible.

Historical financial data sourced from SEC EDGAR filings. Reflects as-reported figures unless otherwise indicated.

Transaction data sourced from public SEC filings including 8-K disclosures, merger proxy statements, and S-4 registration statements.

Private company metrics are entered by users and are not verified by NeuraCap.
